Weather Pro Awning Will Not Extend

I cannot figuire how to help open or unlock the case. When i push the extend button nothing happens. I have a dometic weather pro power awning. My weatherpro awning support cradle will not fit between the bottom of the awning and the top of the slide awning.

I believe the lights dim due to the awning being. Is there a way to extend the awning manually. It is presently in the retracted position. The dometic 9100 awning on my slide won t extend.

I have checked the wiring and all seems to be in order.
